Greek cuisine is very diverse and healthy. Our olive oil, olives, lamb, beef and cheeses are all imported, and are of the highest quality found around the world. Combined with our home grown greens and veggies, and some of the best local produce, there is something on our menu for everyone.
We don’t cook with butter or fat, and all of our meats are trimmed, making them very low in fat. Pure olive oil is used for cooking, dressing of our salads and vegetables. Add lemon or pure red wine vinegar and a little salt, mix it, and from the very first mouthful your tastebuds are alive and wanting more.
